LIVE A FULL AND REWARDING LIFE AFTER DEEP EMOTION WOUNDS
EMOTION WOUNDS & HYPNOSIS
Deep emotional wounds can come through many avenues and affect our lives on many levels
Deep emotional wounds can be caused by many things such as betrayal, accidents, abuse, natural disasters, death of a loved one, or witnessing an act of violence. It can have lasting effects on your mental, physical, and emotional health. You may experience symptoms such as flashbacks, nightmares, anxiousness, deep sadness, and isolation.
It’s interesting how our mind works as a coping mechanism. When we experience emotional wounds, our mind automatically stores these memories deep within our subconscious as a means of protection. This is because reliving these negative experiences would be too emotionally charged and painful. However, all too often these memories with the accompanying and unwanted feeling resurfaced from a trigger connection which can be a certain sight, sound or smell. For example, if we see or hear something that reminds us of the Deep emotional wound, it can cause us to relive the experience all over again.
This cycle can repeat itself for years, wearing down your mind, emotions and body. It can feel as if we you will never get out of the loop. Don’t give up. There is help. Real help. Hypnosis has been proven to help when other traditional modalities have not.
WORKING THROUGH TRAUMA WITH HYPNOSIS
When you have experienced a traumatic event, it can have a lasting effect on your mental and emotional health. In most cases, traditional talk therapy is not enough to help you recover.
That’s where hypnosis comes in. Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation during which the mind is more receptive to suggestion. Hypnosis helps people process and release trauma that you may have been carrying for years. Trauma is stored in the body as well as the mind, and hypnosis can help to release both the physical and emotional components of trauma. This makes it an effective tool to work through your trauma and heal.
During hypnosis, I will help you to access and work through repressed memories, helping you to release them to move on and do so in a safe and supportive environment. As the trained hypnotist I also provide positive suggestions that will help to reduce anxiety and promote healing. Hypnosis is a powerful tool that will help you to recover from trauma and build a foundation for a more peaceful and fulfilling life.
